1. Electronics recycling, on Trash, recycling and drop-off

October 30, 2026. Fact fixed or removed. Found in our own check.

We said another free electronics event was planned for spring 2027. We could not find that on the county's pages, so we now say only that the county holds events in the spring and fall.

See the page for Electronics recycling, on Trash, recycling and drop-off. The fix on GitHub for Electronics recycling, on Trash, recycling and drop-off.

2. County recycling drop-off center

October 30, 2026. Out of date. Found in our own check.

We listed closing time as 3:30 p.m. from the county's page. The center's own site lists 3:25 p.m. We now show both and name who says what.

See the page for County recycling drop-off center. The fix on GitHub for County recycling drop-off center.

3. Dollar Energy Fund, on Help paying a utility bill

October 30, 2026. Fact fixed or removed. Found in our own check.

A sentence about the fund's water program rules had no source we could find, so we removed it.
